Yes that's the one I replaced it with. Still have to turn it to 9 before the heating turns on.

I have a johnson & Starley hi-spec J32 system e-t. The heating only comes on when I turn the thermostat all the way up to 9 and when I try to turn it down, it turns off when it get's to 8, so I can only have the heating on full blast. I have changed the thermostat on the wall, but that hasn't...
