Normal plugs and flange head screws will be fine. S Fix 9033H or similar. Size 5 or 6 (9 or 10 Ga) Hex head wood type screws also available if you want that industrial look. Never had much luck with those concrete type bolts.

Two drops of light air tool oil down the air connector, will last for the day. Wipe clean moving parts. Personally I use a little bit of silicone spray as the grit/dirt wont stick to it and gunk things up. Look like galvanized as Job and Knock said, try a magnet on them, could be stainless?
