Got the same prob with mine!!! on mine its the crank/rpm sensor. ive been told that they are prone. they get warm, expand with the heat, hence why it cuts out after 5-10 mins, and cant do their thing. if you test them they will show as working, but for 20 pound, its a cheap fix. hope this...

HI, CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE THE CRANK POSITION SENSOR IS ON THE FIAT DOBLO 1.9 DIESEL IS PLEASE??? AFTER HAVING A SCAN ITS SHOWING THIS AS TTHE FAULT, BUT CANT FIND ANYTHING ON WHERE IT IS. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATFULLY RECIEVED

update!!!!!!! it now starts on the key, but when it gets warm, it cuts out and wont start againg til its cold??????????

if you try to start on the key, battery light flashes, and engine management light is on??????

53 reg fiat doblo van, please help! it turns over, battery light flashes, engine management light comes on but wont star. we pull started it, it started then after 5-10 mins lost power and cut out. it t6hen wont start unless pulled again. it has been parked up for a yera-ish?????? please help

hi, yeah it is coming el' cheapo! i didnt want to end up having to pay out in time and money, as much as a "running" one would be. i dont fancy doing a head gasket or head replacment on that! thanks fo you help :-)!

i couldnt see any staining, started fine and seem to run ok. i couldnt seem to understand why if the oil cooler had gone, that it was allowing oil to the header??? i checked the dip stick and oil filler to see if there was "mayo" (creamey sludge) there but nothing. the oil wasnt new, as if...

i've been to look at a w reg astra van, theres lots of oil in the header tank, the guys tring to tell me it needs a oil cooler and its not the head gasket gone as i told him. can anyone tell me, if im wrong?
