Thanks for the suggestion, but I have a mixed tap in the kitchen? Any ideas what I can do without taking the tap off?

I seem to have a blockage in my pipe that feeds hot water to the sink in the kitchen. How do I find this and unblock it? I think it may be an air lock caused by water running out in the tank when many people used a power shower. After a while some water comes out of the taps but then stops. :?:
