    could you screw a strip of approx 75mm timber to the inside of the drawer box through the sides and base behind where the drawer front sits then screw the front to this screwing through the back into the thicker part of the drawer front not the thinner panel.

    i am thinking about converting an integral garage into habital room the difference in floor levels is about 35mm at the new doorway the bco has asked about insulation in the floor there is no insulation in the existing garage floor are there any options other than taking up existing garage...

    i find laminate flooring works out cheaper in the long run but as with most things in a rented property it will only be as good as the tenant if they did not pay for it why should they look after it was a response i once recieved

    i would using a good quality construction adhesive to glue and screw a 3/4 ply panel to the wall when you drill the holes for the plugs force in as much glue as you can put in the plug allow and to set and glue the back of panel to the wall prop up till set then screw units to this using...

    does not need to be fireproof i would personally use 19mm mdf for the lid and 3x2 or 4x2 trimmer depending on existing ceiling
