Need some advice on best tool to use to remove old grout from porcelain patio. The joints are about 5mm. The area is around 60sq m. Any advice appreciated

My daughter has an issue with her Peugeot 208 2016 3 door hatc. The front passenger seat is stuck in the folded position. I have not seen it yet as she is away but is back tomorrow. Any ideas and fixes for this would be appreciated. Thanks

And use the Mapei you recommended for final layer? Also, is there a specific type of screed more Sui for what I require eg fibre reinforced?
