Hello All. Just sorted it. The reason it wasn't connecting was because I needed to enter the correct code which is the code used to arm/disarm system on the control panel. Also the app password is the one I set on the control panel. All sorted now!!! I've gained access. Phew :)

Hello, can anyone help me here. I have the same issue. My app says 'PyronixCloud has sent disconnect'. I have the latest V10 with the wifi module.
