It was the flow rate all along!
I just had a engineer here and we turned on the hot just a little and the water was piping hot, gradually turning the tap higher and was much warmer.
I know more than one person on here suggested this, and I thought I did it, but there we are.
I've been told of a German company that does exterior Patio / French doors. Inexpensive, and well made, but I don't know their name or where they're based.. Does anyone know of them?
Much appreciated
I did that and......
1. 4 - hot water temp' = 6
2. 5 - Boiler pressure = 1.1
3. 8 - Flow rate = 93
that pipe nearest the boiler isn't getting warm. It's hard to tell for certain, but it seems to be about room pemp'..

Hello again,
Ok did that (+ key and set it on maximum), seems to be hotter now. However when heating is off, the water is still pretty much just about tepid.
No - the pipe (nearest rad to the boiler) doesn't seem to be heating up.
No - flow rate adjust doen't make any diff' either...
Hello again, OK I've done that, it's now up to 60..
Green Light def' coming on. Just ran the water for 2.5/3 mins and it was just about warm.
I'm worried now, it's only 2 years old this boiler..
Regards.

Hi and thanks so much for the help..
No - I don't think I do have open therm room compensater!
Yes - green light does come on when hot tap is on.
No - the heating pipes are not warming up when water demand is made.
I pressed installer button to 4 it read 30.
ditto 8, and it read...
thanks for the reply Tony,
Yes it has been really cold, I haven't attempted to change the flow rate, I've no idea how, I'll google it and see..
Many thanks,
Nat
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, as the water temp' of late seems well down on what it should be, It's at best warm.
Pressure is ok - 1.5 bar, and heating runs fine..
many thanks.
