I am trying to get to the valve to replace it as its dripping heavily. However I've got stuck here. The top metal pin won't move (added WD40 for days) and so the face plate won't come off. It's a small allen key in the top but it doesn't budge. Any ideas? Or do I just cut it off and get a whole...
