That's good to know boilerman2, I think my engineer was giving me BS then as he said it was tricky and saying names of parts I've never heard of. Perhaps I should find a new engineer? Any Recommendations near Newbury Berks?

Hi, Had the above fitted last week. It constantly drips from the shower head when its turned off. I've tried taking the head out of the holder and shaking out any residual water ant then putting it back up again. still drips though. Any ideas please? Many thanks
