Ian. Also when using the old board we had hot water but no heating. We were getting fault A02, after several attempts to fix I decided to get a new pcb. But now no hot water. So flow rate must be ok as it we had hot water using old pcb.

Well I brought a new pcb. Put it in set the boiler to come in on timed and it seemed to be working perfectly. That was until I put the boiler cover back on. Then within 5 minutes it had tripped out to A02 again. Took boiler cover off reset boiler and worked fine again. So put cover back on...

I press the override button on the clock. You can have it on timed, permanently on & there a override function. If you put it on timed it cuts out after 5 minutes. If you press the menu button so it's 'on' permanently again it cuts out after 5minutes but if I select override it stays on much...

Thanks Baldev I have put the program on to Eco and it been working ok since then but every now and then it trips out with fault A02 so have to reset it and it works again. So by changing ignition cable stopped your A02 fault? I already changed the clock so know that working. Thanks again

My optimism about being fixed may have been short lived. The heating went off in the night and fault A 02 back. Pressed reset boile reset and fired up again for about 15 minutes and tripped again showing A 02 so pressed reset and code D04 this time. So I got over the boiler not firing up...
