Have just laid insulation in my loft and built some frames (about 6 in x 6 in) to fit around downlights to keep the inulation at bay.
Now I dont use the lights a great deal, but wondered about heat loss from the room below through the fittings - or would this be negligable?
Should I put lids...
I dont know if its been painted over or was never there to start with (cant see any on the neighbouring sills).
Any tips on how to cut one?
Have seen drip moulds mentioned elsewhere on the site - what are they and how do you get hold of them - or can I make one?
