bathroom is on top of the pantry and i was thinking that plumber can drill a hole and connect the soil pipe to the one that coming from the 1st floor.

Hi guys, I am planning to convet our pantry to a toilet with small (cloak room) basin. there is no soil pipe so back to wall toilet seat would be ideal (i think). any idea how much the labour cost would be? i am based in birmingham.
