Just a quick question, is the inner bearing tapered or the inner diameter is same ?

So the new bearings and seal arrived. I have put them in the outer drum. The spindle is clear but it is not coming out on the backside of the outer drum I need to hit the drum hard but I am bit worried I may break or dent the inner drum

I took the remains of the old bearing from the spindle with the help of WD 40 and a screwdriver Waiting for the new bearings to arrive

I hit the pulley with a hammer with a wooden plank in between It came off, the inner bearing is totally broken I have ordered new set of inner and outer bearings, also the bearing seal from zanussi

Thank you both for the reply Tomorrow morning I will try to take the pulley bolt from the drum. I will try to unscrew if not working I will need to hit it with a wooden plank Hopefully it would come off
