Expect u've solved it by now but... Some Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRVs) only allow water flow in ONE direction... Your TRVs could be on the WRONG end of the radiators, hence instantly blocking any water flow. They should be on the FLOW direction (water flowing AWAY from pump/combi) not...
