Thanks i will look at and replace flue seal and keep you posted

The burner goes to lock out when the front cover is on but runs ok when its removed I have had a service company out to it and they say it has happened on other burners he has adjusted the air but this has not resolved the problem. Can it be fixed if so at what cost.
