    Thanks again for all the replies! They have been invaluable. I actually quoted some of the above comments to the builder to help make my case and they sent the roofing company round this morning while I was at work. But look at what they have done...

    Many thanks for the kind replies! I do have a spare tile so I will get up there tomorrow, compare against the second row and see if there's any uncovered area under the first row that way. Thanks again.

    Hi All, I hope you can help ! I am concerned there is not enough overlap under the flashing on my new build. My neighbour had a similar looking overlap and has had problems with damp, the house builders have accepted this is a fault and fixed it on his property. However they say my house...
