I am replacing a hinge that has rusted. It is a wooden gate/door into my garden. One end is cemented into the gap between bricks. Trust me. Nick.

I am trying to locate external door hinges which have a flat end to put between bricks in a garden wall and cement in place. All I can find are T hinges.. Any ideas? Nick.
