Thanks Rocks, the spray arm was the first thing i checked, seemed OK.... The rotating diverter gizmo beneath the two outlet ducts was very stiff though (is this normal), i cranked it round manually a few times and now it seems to be OK, but for how long... it was intermittent prior to stopping...

Hi Folks, Our dishwasher was found to be not washing the bottom rack properly, my wife took the initiative to see if the bottom rotor is turning.... it isn't. What is involved in rectifying this problem?. Thanks.

As a final note: BEWARE BG!. checked my bank this morning, they have taken £192 from me after saying it would not be charged. After a heated phone call they said it would take 10-14 days to refund it.

You're quite right, 1 man hour Monday, 6 man hours Tuesday - no fix no fee :-) The final repair bill came to less than a hundred quid - now that I AM smiling about.

Just to add, after fitting all the new bits, they then took them all back again after deciding it was beyond them!. This fault really makes no sense at all. :(
