Yes there is a heater but it turns on at the wall? Is it connected to the panel switch somehow?

And sorry to answer your question it’s a 1 bed flat - 2 adults

We just bought it at the end of last year

So to do that do I just keep an eye on the meter numbers? We are on 2 tariffs - day and night charges but I think that’s not the right one for us as we actually use most energy in the day *sigh*

Oh god! That doesn’t sounds right…. I’m guessing I need someone in to have a look asap then? Is it a plumber or an electrician?!

Thanks! We have a fixed tariff - again maybe that wasn’t the best choice but I suppose it means we should get a fairly accurate view of costs?
