Hi there, living in a new build flat. Kitchen always freezing - paid for thermal imaging/air tightness test and failed! One issue is apparently how the boiler is fitted. There is a whole in the ceiling and no insulation on pipes (my neighbours have this). Unsure how to correct. Builder wants to...
