We've had a few quotes around the £16000 mark for the traditional steel beam system (structual work only), which is fine but there will be a lot of mess, plus we will loose a bit of floor space. If we can't find a telebeam installer we will have to go with the steel beam option. Thanks all.

It would be a lot of disruption to bring steel beams in, plus we want to do as much as possible at our own pace, so just need the structural work done first. Hi, We are looking at purchasing the telebeams system for our loft conversion, but we are struggling to find someone to fit it. We had one builder quote £10,000 just to fit which was more than double the system cost itself! Has anyone else had this fitted, and what did it cost to fit?
