any ideas guys??

The boiler fires up and goes out after a few seconds and then fires again, you can hear and see the spark, have checked the netral and earth, which is ok, and the h.t. leads they are fine, the guys at ravenheat are saying it is the pcb, just want to make sure before I get one, any ideas guys...

Hi I hope someone can help, I have a Ravenheat boiler and it fires up and then switches of after a few tried the red failure light comes on, any idea's guys it's cold in here, thank you to all. p.s it does the same in dhw mode and ch mode.
