Hi. I have a pyronix enforcer alarm where there is a fault with one of the window contacts. It states fault and will not switch on. How can I reprogram the alarm so the alarm will switch on without trying to set this window contact?

Hi. We have a small cellar under the main stairs of a Victorian house. There is rain water coming through. I think the steps are concrete underneath and that must be small cracks somewhere. What would be the best way to seal the steps from rain from the inside of the cellar?
