Monitor it as if it keep dropping you have a leak on the system and filling constantly will just dilute the inhibitor and start the system rusting.

Leak seal is not great stuff to have floating around and is only like putting a plaster on. Have a look at uk leak detection there is a good article about leak seal and finding leaks...Www.ukleakdetection.co.uk
