Hi! Just installed a maglock on the door. It is an external door that opens inwards. So, the maglock goes on the wall in a slot cut from the architrave. The magnet is perched on the architrave and so sticks out proud of it. Had to shell out for a 'Z+L bracket' that bolts the armature...
