Got it! For anyone else that maybe will come across this, there is a metal round ring that needs to be levered out (gently) and this will reveal the 'L' bracket with screw holding it to the cabinet. :D

I have some of these units fitted to the kitchen. Unfortunately, one of them is very loose and since I am going to be tiling behind it anyway, I wanted to remove it but am having trouble doing that. I can get access to the bulb but the unit itself just doesn't want to give. As it rocks from...
