Hello It has a concreted into a clay waste pipe. The loo is around 40 years old had nothing wrong with it until my niece stood on it. Thanks I'll have a go at that. :)

My Mum is an OAP and has a cracked loo infact it has broken of at the base. She hasn't got the money to get some one in, so she has ask me to do it. How should I go about doing it?. Replacing it from the hole in the floor. Please Help. Thanks TC
