So there was no bypass, and is it required to be there, or could be omitted but I should be informed about it. I think that is the only point that I should mention to the agency. I will give a call to Ferroli as well to find out about that part time delivery. Cheers.

Seriously? I mean, you know the other two were closed as well. So all of them were closed. The reaction of the boiler seems quite normal. Water was shooting out of it. I don't know.

so no one even knows if ferroli o-ring might take 3 weeks to deliver or not ???

but they keep saying that the boiler fault is my fault cuz the valves were closed and that's what caused the boiler to break (even tho I was not instructed how to use the boiler at all). I just can't believe that it takes 3 weeks to order some o ring to connect a pipe to the heat exchanger.
