    It's a Barratt house. It's been balanced twice in the last 2 months. All the radiators are single, all the bedrooms are proper double bedrooms and the radiators in the 2 biggest are w - 700 H - 450 d - 70.

    I moved into a new 3 storey 4 bedroom house 10 months ago and I have the above boiler servicing 11 radiators. The radiators will only heat at the top 1/3 so that below that level they are luke warm unless I set the thermostat to at least 26c which is way too high to be running central...
