Thanks. Was going to do that in the morning. Only problem is its not an easy board to lift. One end disappears under the skirting board and the other end has the toilet sitting on it. The damp patch is about a foot from either end. So the toilet isn't to blame. Its going to be one of those pain...

Hope someone can shed some light on a very worrying problem that we have. A few days ago we noticed a wet patch on the bathroom carpet, upon lifting the carpet the floor boards were saturated. It is an area about a foot square. There is no water dripping from above and no water marks or damp...
