Same issue here unfortunately ( same place as pics kindly provided by Paul).
Are there any updates on this issue, and has replacing the flow switch resolved the issue.

Yes, push fit connections, fairly easy to replace, take photos before removing faultyPCB. I also, as previously mentioned, replaced the ClimaPro2, thinking it was that and returned it as the problem represented itself.

I purchased the ClimaPro2 handset and receiver too, but returned my purchase for a full refund after 2 days as the problem represented itself.

Good luck with your heating engineer. I believe when it comes to electrical issues it's beyond their scope.
Really not difficult to swap out the PCB and button controller, important to take photos before removing old PCB.
A final word of advice, don't go and purchase a new ClimaPro2...

Problem definately isn't with the handset or reciever.I changed 2 sets of new batteries before deciding to purchase new handset and receiver.

My Glow-Worm CX24 was installed in 2016, it's always worked, no issues up until 2 month's ago,suddenly the handset (climapro2)occasionally loses connectivity with the receiver (red-lightonreceiver),as mentioned previously.
Did anyone find a solution to this problem please.
