I am getting the same symptoms and after the heaing cuts out on timer or reaches desired temp I get a banging on pipes around pump and back at the boiler also the expansion pipe gurgles and splatters back into the tank. Feroli sigma 60 y plan, grundfos pump on speed 3 no air in rads...
