I am going to fit ceramic tiles on kitchen floor. The floor is concrete BUT has plastic tiles stuck to the concrete with a bitumen based adhesive. I thoght about using a heat gun and taking the tiles up? Or trying to scarify the surface of the existing tiles. Any suggestions? Cheers. Mike...
