Thank you for all your replies. I have booked the Baxi Heat team they are coming on Tuesday. £269 fixed price parts and labour plus 12 month warranty. Will post on here what the problem was with the boiler and how we found the Baxi Heat team service.

Hi folks, can anyone point me in the right direction. My sons powermax 155 has stopped working, (no hot water or CH) boiler starts and green light comes on, after a short time the lock out light comes on. the system is locking out with the overheat thermostat.
