Well, it's part rent, part own so they're only liable to repair structural issues. I think a rotting wall is a structural issue though, or at least it will be if left for long enough.

There was a pretty big puddle of water under the tub when I'd finished. I think there's leaks in multiple places
I was thinking perhaps line some toilet paper around the floor underneath the bath, having a shower as usual and then check where the paper is wet in order to locate the leak.
Or film the area while I shower
