    Thanks How about the sealant around the bath? Can I just put new sealant over it or do I need to remove the old stuff first?

    Well I'm liable for the repairs myself. Can I just silicon over the existing sealant? The stuff there isn't silicon; it's some white stuff. Seems like it all needs redoing as it leaks everywhere.

    Well, it's part rent, part own so they're only liable to repair structural issues. I think a rotting wall is a structural issue though, or at least it will be if left for long enough. I'll await their response; hopefully they'll oblige.

    LOL I knew I should have rephrased that. Just finished anyway, gonna analyse the footage. There was a pretty big puddle of water under the tub when I'd finished. I think there's leaks in multiple places

    I was thinking perhaps line some toilet paper around the floor underneath the bath, having a shower as usual and then check where the paper is wet in order to locate the leak. Or film the area while I shower
