CH continues on even after HW and CH switched off at programmer and thermostat turned right down. Replaced CH motor valve (Sunvic SZ2301) and system was switched off upon going live but after testing the system stayed on again. Changed room thermostat but made no difference. Any ideas?

Does one not need the certificate for HIPS?

Was a corgi installation. Boiler works fine, just can't undersatand why programmer does not when it was working fine yesterday just before the change, and lihts up now ut does not seem to controll boiler
