Its who to talk to is a problem at Openreach. They should have asked for more than £1. Why should they pay so little for using someones property. I dont even benefit from the box.

There was no agreement. If they have had their box on my wall for at least 40 years, how can it be trivial.

It's in use, openreach wanted to access it a few months back. Shouldn't they be paying me for all these years it's been on my building.

Hello, There is a bt box attached to the front of my building been there years. Ive realised that maybe they ought to be paying me to have their box there? How do I investigate this please? I dont have internet or a BT line, nothing in the deeds to house.
