Alpha CB24 boiler, installed in 2004. Hot water temperature varies from hot to cold over a few minutes (not pleasant when taking a shower!) This has come on gradually over a few months. There is also an increasing drip from the DHW heat exchanger. I'm going to get the heat exchanger...
