only have one tap downstairs and yes it's comi tap, the tap has been fine, but the pipes leading to the tap from upstairs are cold too? thanks for helping :(

hi folks need some help here, got combi boiler no probs with radiators, but my downstairs water has decided to only let me have cold! upstairs water fine, just downstairs hotwater running cold, any ideas please :o

help!!!!! got combi boiler, no probs with radiators, but my hot water is running cold downstairs, thou it's ok up, sometimes when i turn the down taps on, it looks like it's going to be hot, then it changes to cold. scared of a big bill so hope i can sort it with your help:-)
