Been cleaning the shower after having a shower a couple of hours ago and I’ve noticed this inside the shower seal on the glass door.
Nothings leaking just wondering if this is normal and it’s just condensation?
Just no idea how it would get in there that’s all. It’s a walk in shower so this...
around the white drain is it normal for bit of water to run underneath this plastic part that attaches to the shower?
Put the tissue there just to show which part I’m on about just anoyying I can dry it and 10 minutes later a little water may have seeped out where the paper is even though...
Painted a wall in the living room was originally a light colour so maybe who ever painted this before didn’t blend there cutting in and built up brush marks
I’ve edged the roof, rolled it with a smaller roll as close as I can to the ceiling to blend it in, done the same with the sides and the...
We had an artex ceiling and we had our bathroom re done. Ceiling was quite high and we had wall panels fit so we put in a fake ceiling. As far as I’m aware what they did was batton around the perimeter and battoned across. Then fit the pvc cladding to this.
We’ve got LED down fire lights that...
Hi Alex thanks for that was thinking the same thing with it been historic don’t think I’m going to touch it. When you say it’s leaked from the washer above where do you mean ?
Hi all just after a bit of advice, been in the subfloor to run wires and found stop tap coming in from the mains supply. We’ve been here 2 years and nothings leaking, we’ve found white deposits around this fitting. We’re presuming this is old or someone else previous may have got this fixed? The...
Condensate pipes been removed and run internally with a 32mm pipe, one in this picture ran up hill and it was leaking at that elbow I think hence causing the buggered pointing
Some pointing has fallen out when we first moved in and we’ve patched it for the time being. Boiler condensate pipe was running around the house and you can see it’s running up hill in this part and has been dripping here and has subsequently ******ed the pointing.
Dpc is below the red line in...
not long about a month or so. We recently had a water meter fit so water was off for half a day. We’ve not got any leaks anywhere and I’ve been under the floor. Could this be the cause ?
We’ve recently had a new tap fit but when we turn the hot water on it pulses/splutters ever so slightly seems to coincide with the boiler kicking in. Calms down and is normal after just wondering if this is normal ?
