Condensate pipes been removed and run internally with a 32mm pipe, one in this picture ran up hill and it was leaking at that elbow I think hence causing the buggered pointing
Some pointing has fallen out when we first moved in and we’ve patched it for the time being. Boiler condensate pipe was running around the house and you can see it’s running up hill in this part and has been dripping here and has subsequently ******ed the pointing.

not long about a month or so. We recently had a water meter fit so water was off for half a day. We’ve not got any leaks anywhere and I’ve been under the floor. Could this be the cause ?
We’ve recently had a new tap fit but when we turn the hot water on it pulses/splutters ever so slightly seems to coincide with the boiler kicking in. Calms down and is normal after just wondering if this is normal ?
Condensation on felt support trays? Is this normal in winter?
Been up into the loft to put the last of the Christmas decorationsr pack up and noticed on the south side of the house there seems to be a misting of condensation on the felt support trays?
The insulation up there isn’t the best...
Our boiler has had a leak on the cartridge. No cold spots or anything and it’s been absolutely fine apart from this. He obviously drained it slightly to change the cartridge to stop the pressure. This is what came out. Now would you say this is okay or needs a power flush? We’ve had it serviced...
We’ve recently purchased a new house and noticed the membrane down towards the eves are wet.
We have eve support trays fitted however we think that water is been soaked up off the membrane and wicking up into the loft? Does this sound plausible? As you can see the water drips onto the membrane...
Got a low profile shower tray and it’s draining just not amazingly. Thinking there may be a clog. I’ve removed the top cover by screwing it off and I’ve been left with this. Does any of this remove for cleaning ? Nothing seems obvious
We had a leak from a bathroom that was sorted in September. Been under floor with everything running and no leaks. Water meter also not moving. Now the amount of water that went down here into this area was a hell of a lot talking bath fulls so estimate at like 400 litres minimum? as the waste...
