not long about a month or so. We recently had a water meter fit so water was off for half a day. We’ve not got any leaks anywhere and I’ve been under the floor. Could this be the cause ?
We’ve recently had a new tap fit but when we turn the hot water on it pulses/splutters ever so slightly seems to coincide with the boiler kicking in. Calms down and is normal after just wondering if this is normal ?
Condensation on felt support trays? Is this normal in winter?
Been up into the loft to put the last of the Christmas decorationsr pack up and noticed on the south side of the house there seems to be a misting of condensation on the felt support trays?
The insulation up there isn’t the best...
Our boiler has had a leak on the cartridge. No cold spots or anything and it’s been absolutely fine apart from this. He obviously drained it slightly to change the cartridge to stop the pressure. This is what came out. Now would you say this is okay or needs a power flush? We’ve had it serviced...

Got a low profile shower tray and it’s draining just not amazingly. Thinking there may be a clog. I’ve removed the top cover by screwing it off and I’ve been left with this. Does any of this remove for cleaning ? Nothing seems obvious

Breathable roof membrane in the bottom of gutter. Can this wick water up into the eves if the membrane is in contact with the bottom of the gutter ? You can see the staining on the underside this is wet. Water is not running above this so confident it’s around this area.
This damp is all the...
