Float and set job, using integral waterproofer reacting with old lime on brickwork causing it to suck in straght away regardless of damping walls, then blowing in places when drying. I could remove the addy but would rather waterproof due to previous damp pro s and the gaffer insists on it even...

Am on a float and set job using sand cement mix, old mortar lime on brick joints so the integral water proofer reacting with lime, does anybody know of 1 that won't react as I would feel better if it was proofed due to previous damp issues. Cheers.
