    what does this code mean

    Our hot water is not working properly (very randomly) and when i checked to see if the temp was turned up on the display it said F.22 The boiler is an ecoMax (vaillant) Any help please as to what to tell the guy when I ring him to come fix it.

    so you think that would be the problem? The heating comes on when not wanted even if we touch nothing. No taps to controls or anything. Sometimes even when we are not in.
