i'm installing a new close coupled toilet in the downstairs cloakroom along with a corner sink. The waste from the sink was originally plumbed into the side of toilet waste pipe by some kind of strap. Do building regs still allow this fitting and are they still available.

I have just bought a Neff built in oven and appear to have fallen at the first hurdle, Having unpacked it it appears the back panel needs a special screw driver to access the wiring contacts, Any Ideas anybody.
