No damp, just looking to improve the appearance of the lead. It looks scratched, although that could just be brush marks/residue. Thanks for suggestions
hi, we have this lead panelling on our 1933 semi between the upstairs and downstairs bay windows. Its a great original feature but looks tatty. I was going to use a lead restorer/cleaner followed by patination oil, but am not sure how effective that will be given the state of it.

Hi everyone. Had a shower installed, pipes embedded in an old (1933) thin bathroom wall. The new plasterboard on the other side started to bulge outwards then cracked. I've removed it and you can see from the picture the wall is made of wood and some sort of clinker block. I'm guessing the wood...
