Wider pic added and also the other side Red arrows are back to back - separated by only plasterboard Blue arrow shows where the affected joist is directly above. Clearly been caused by shower leak so suspect wet rot.

Hi Group, Looking for advice. Long term leaky shower has come home too roost! And after removing shower tray to sort properly noticed damage to joist. Pics attached. Removed soft rotted wood and chased it to find out how wide spread. Seems localised but as you can see pics show damage...
