Like I said,runs perfect after trying to start for a few minutes,does`nt lockout at any stage I think you have a different burner to me(RDB 2.2BX 21/27)

Thanks to everyone for their help,!st I am burning Kero,and the damper settings were set by the installation fitter using an analyser etc.I think that my problem is air in system at start up.where or why I am getting air I honestly cannot figure out.I plan to look at that tomorrow

Thanks for your help oilhead,reignition,that is exactly whats happening,but this never happened in the last cold spell,my air ratio setting is 2.75,done a oil pressure test(cold) and there is a slight fluctuation in the reading of 8.5-9.5bar,I wonder would that cause an invalid flame,if it is...

It is lighting for a few secs,will continue doing this for several minutes,then stay on and run as normal all day and evening,next morning,when cold, same issue
