I got a nice old Belfast sink recently but have been having a nightmare with the waste. It doesn't seem to attach to anything I can find. Went to a plumbers merchant (B&Q useless) and they sold me a shiny new waste. Thing is I can't remove the big brass nut off the old waste... A stilson just...
