tittle says it all ive put some used french doors on a shed they,ve been fine for weeks but now i can,t get in help the key turns when the handle,s lifted handle returns to middle but won,t go down..paul

had a problem with the motor needed some new bearings in it which my son changed no problem but failed to mark or take a photo of the wiring beind the side panel so were a bit stuck any one help please paul. :cry:

all fitted and working c/h and h/w are fine thanks for your assistance

spot on valve seized in the bottom same as the one had on the three way valve did i,ve located one off to get it

which brass assembly the three way is already new

i,ll get it out in the morning and chase round for a new one

is this the offending item paul

is that what baxi call the pressure PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL ASSEMBLY behind the VALVE-DIFFERENTIAL-DHW if its that it looks strait foreward

answer to nogoodatfaultfinding yes it supposed to be an instant and to boilerman 2 the tap stops when the cold water isolation is off

turned tap on half way boiler fires up sounds like its getting hot (hissing ) still ho t water then cuts out approx 10 tto 20 second burn time

i,ve had the hot water heat exchanger and flushed it best as i can with a little chemical to loosen the muck and a hose back and forth it did seem to be reasonable

from cold it does fire up turn tap on slowly it goes through the motions but no firing up

well i,m back home again and looking foreward to some hot water soon when i have the boiler switched for hot water and turn on the hot tap the boiler fires up but still no hot water it,s had lots of new bits and bits cleaned out every time something renewed something else goes three way valve...
