Hi I'm just looking for advice. I'm thinking about capping my chimney as it's no longer in use. However when I went to have a look I noticed one pot is cracked. Would it be ok to seal with concrete and put cap on after? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks for feedback. Velux installer was hired by velux themselves and we payed for flashing. I will get better pics in daytime of everything I can see that's wrong. At the moment it's impossible as it's dark in morning and evening when home from work.

It's neighbours garden so just had to get a small ladder and took pictures of Pipes. There was so moss in pipes which I've since removed as much I can reach.
